I want to know specially that if the height and width of the lumped port effects the answer of Z which is seen by the port? Further, I am using driven terminal solution, so there is no de-embedding option. In any case, you can remove the additional inductance due to port length by enabling the "deembed" feature which is a post processing option in the port setup. Likely the additional inductance won't affect your results. I want to know if the lumped port height and width effects the impedance of the structure?
